If you developed little pimples on your skin after using Neutrogena Clear Face sunscreen, it could be due to a sensitivity to particular components.
First, stop using the product and gently cleanse your skin with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser to remove any remaining sunscreen. Exfoliation and aggressive therapies such as retinoids or acids should be avoided because they can irritate the skin even more.
To relieve the bumps, use a relaxing, non-comedogenic moisturizer containing aloe vera or niacinamide, which can reduce irritation and redness.
