I registered on the Nebula astrology website last night and unintentionally started a subscription that I do not want to use. Since then, I have been trying continuously, both last night and all day today, to find a clear and direct way to cancel this subscription on the Nebula website, but there is no active subscription visible on my profile and no option in the menu to cancel it, even though the payment terms say cancellation should be possible. I do not want to use Nebula’s services, and I do not want any money to be taken from my card, especially after any trial period of 3–7 days that was mentioned. I am very uncomfortable that I cannot see or manage the subscription, and that I cannot cancel it myself through a transparent option. I kindly request that my Nebula subscription, which was started via the Nebula website, be cancelled immediately, that no charges be taken from my card now or after the trial period, and that you send me a written confirmation email that the subscription has been completely cancelled and that no further payments will be collected.
