I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge of $29.99 that appeared on my regular personal Venmo account on June 8, 2026, with the merchant listed as myiq.com. I did not authorize this transaction in any way, and I have never used or signed up for any service with myiq.com before. The only reference I can see for this transaction in Venmo is 4615206677100939034. After noticing the charge, I sent several text messages to Venmo to report that this was an unsolicited and unauthorized transaction, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am very concerned that my account has been used without my permission. I request that this $29.99 charge be cancelled and fully refunded to my Venmo account as soon as possible, and that any related payment authorization to myiq.com be blocked. I also expect my account to be checked for security issues so that no further unauthorized charges can occur.
