I have been playing Mobile Legends for a long time, and as a player who has spent over $900 on the game, I am extremely dissatisfied with the matchmaking system. Due to this ongoing issue that has not been fixed for years, I have completely lost my enjoyment of the game.
No matter which mode I play, I am constantly matched with teammates who are either inexperienced, do not understand the game, or seem to intentionally lose. At the same time, the opposing team consistently appears to have much stronger and more coordinated players. This creates a serious imbalance and an unfair competitive environment.
As someone who has invested both time and money into the game, I find this situation completely unacceptable.
I request that the matchmaking system be improved to ensure fairness, that I am matched with players of similar skill level and commitment, and that a concrete solution be implemented for this long-standing issue.
