Mobile Legends Account Hacked After Email Change, Recovery Request Rejected

I am writing regarding my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account, with in‑game ID 370424262(9692), which has been hacked. My iPhone was reset remotely and, after this incident, the email address linked to my game account was changed without my permission. As a result, I can no longer access my account. I have already contacted Moonton support and followed the requested steps to recover my account. However, I keep receiving the same response that there is not enough evidence, even though my account was clearly taken over and my login email was changed by someone else. I am requesting full recovery of my Mobile Legends account and restoration of my access as the legitimate owner. I want the hacker’s access to be completely removed and my account to be securely returned to me.
