I recently joined an MLB tournament, and everything was going great — I was on track to become the champion. But then, out of nowhere, I was blocked from playing in one of the most important matches because of a sudden drop in my credit score. I had been waiting for this moment for days, fully prepared and excited, and then I was denied the chance to compete due to something that had nothing to do with my in-game performance.
I was literally shaking with frustration, watching the opportunity slip away for a reason that felt completely unfair. How can a tournament allow someone to make it all the way through, only to block them at the final stage over a system score?
This kind of system punishes committed players and ruins the competitive experience. I demand a review of the credit point restrictions during tournaments — especially in decisive matches. This needs to be fixed immediately. Players shouldn’t lose everything over arbitrary point penalties. Please respond and take action.
The credit score system in Mobile Legends is a complete disaster. Due to unfair and inexplicable point deductions, I can neither increase my credit score nor solve the problem. Because of this, I have completely lost my top ranking and my right to participate in tournaments. I've lost interest in the game; it is now seriously affecting my mental well-being. The game has become unplayable because of the credit score system.
In its current state, I definitely do not recommend this game to anyone. There can't be a system that makes its own players this victimized and unhappy. I urgently want my complaint to be taken into consideration and for the credit score system to be fixed.
