Miracle de Paris Body Perfector Arrived Damaged and Failed to Set Properly

I purchased a Miracle de Paris Body Perfector on 3 June 2026 and was disappointed both with the condition of the product on arrival and its performance. The packaging was crumpled when I received it, which already gave a poor impression for a cosmetic product I expected to feel more premium. When I applied the cream and waited approximately 15 minutes, it still transferred onto tissues and did not seem to set properly on the skin. Because of this, I had to wash it straight off, which was very messy and meant I could not use the product as intended. Since I am unable to use the Body Perfector due to these issues, I kindly request a refund for this purchase. I have not yet contacted your customer service directly about this matter and am sharing my experience here in the hope that it will be resolved quickly and fairly.
