MiniChat Account Permanently Banned After Child Appeared Briefly

My MiniChat account in the mobile cheering application, with account number 382851*** was permanently banned on 5 June due to the brief appearance of a minor on camera. The child appeared accidentally in the background for a short moment and was not using, controlling, or managing the account in any way. I am an adult and the account belongs entirely to me. I believe this ban was issued by mistake based on that brief accidental appearance. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and that this situation be re-evaluated so that the ban can be lifted and my access restored.
