MiniChat Account Blocked for Accidental Minor Camera Capture

I am writing because my MiniChat account has been completely blocked for about one month. When I try to access my account, I see a message that says I am blocked and it shows the code 399320044. The reason for the block is that a minor appeared in my camera view by mistake and was photographed unintentionally. This was not done on purpose and it happened accidentally, but my account was blocked from all MiniChat services as a result. I respectfully request that you review my situation again, take into account that this was an unintentional mistake, and remove the block from my account so that I can use MiniChat normally again.
