Minichat Wrongfully Banned My Account as Underage – Unban Request

I am writing about the ban placed on my account in the Minichat application with ID 393738***. When I tried to log in today, a message appeared on the screen saying that I am banned and that the reason is “minor/underage”. The photo that appears on the ban screen is not mine at all, and I confirm that this is a mistake. I believe there has been confusion or an incorrect report about my account, and as a result my account has been unfairly blocked during login. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, remove the ban, and reactivate my account as soon as possible, as this restriction was applied based on an incorrect evaluation and a photo that does not belong to me.
