Minichat Account Blocked Again After Paying - Ban Removal

I am a Minichat user from Saudi Arabia and my account ID is 341313***. About a week ago my account was blocked, and today I paid 40 Saudi Riyals in order to remove the ban and use my account again. Despite this payment a few minutes ago, my account was blocked again and I still cannot access the service. I have not been given a clear reason for the block, and I was not able to reach Minichat support to get any explanation or help about why I was banned again right after paying. This situation is unfair and has caused me financial and moral inconvenience, because I paid specifically to remove the ban. I kindly request that my Minechat account with ID 341313*** be unblocked as soon as possible, and that my access to the service be fully restored.
