MIGROS Online Market Sends Bruised, Damaged Products Everytime

Every delivery I receive from Umraniye Canpark Migros online market is problematic – items arrive with damaged, dented, and worn-out packaging. Today, a particularly heavy item in the package was missing from stock. A container of bone broth leaked and seeped through the bag, staining my valuable rug. The products, including yogurts, seem aged, bruised, and as if they've been stored in the warehouse for years. They claimed there was no detergent available, though if the products were in stock, I'd be surprised. The quality of service is abysmal, and customer satisfaction is virtually non-existent. Despite falling for their promotions every time, I never seem to benefit from them. Last night, the website even refused the option for cash on delivery, specifically for Canpark's address. Despite numerous complaints, there's been no resolution. This is how Canpark operates – my complaints are ignored, and the same disappointing experience continues.
