Migo Live Device Banned for “Scams and Illegal Transactions” Without Cause
I am writing regarding an unjust device ban on my Migo Live account, which I use in the USA. Recently, when I try to log in, a pop‑up appears with the title “Warmly Reminder” stating that my login is banned due to “Scams and Illegal Transactions” and that I should contact customer service. Because of this, my device (iPhone 15 Pro Max) is completely blocked from accessing Migo Live. I do not understand how such an accusation is even possible in my case. I have never been involved in any kind of scam or illegal transaction on Migo Live. I have never used stolen or fraudulent cards or any “bad” payment method. I have only ever used my own personal debit card for any payments on the platform. Despite that, my device has been banned without a clear or valid explanation. With this complaint, I request that Migo Live urgently re‑examines my account and payment history, removes the device ban, and restores my access. I also expect a clear written explanation of why I was flagged for “Scams and Illegal Transactions” since this accusation is damaging and does not reflect my actual behavior. I want this unfair ban lifted and my access to Migo Live fully restored.
