Midas App Account Opening And Money Transfer Slow And Problematic

On October 31, 2025, I tried to open an account and transfer money through Midas’s mobile app. Midas advertises its service with claims like “fast account opening, instant money transfers, and start investing within minutes,” but my experience was nothing like that. For about an hour, I dealt only with automated messages, and no one helped me. When I said I would file a complaint, a live chat was initiated, but no solution was provided there either. Eventually, someone called me, yet still offered no resolution. During this process, I had liquidated my funds and transferred ₺1,000,000, which remained idle for three days, causing me to lose three days’ worth of interest. Midas seems to have almost no customer support; you are constantly forced to communicate with machines. The promises of fast and seamless service made in their advertisements are completely misleading. I am not making any requests; I just want potential customers to be aware of this situation.
