Michelin Primacy Tour A/S Tires Cause Severe Traction Loss on Torres EVX Alpha

I am experiencing a severe road grip issue with the factory-installed Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires on my 2025 Torres EVX Alpha. On both wet and dry roads, even at low speeds, the vehicle struggles to maintain traction and tends to skid. This issue has persisted since I purchased the car and directly threatens my driving safety.

Yesterday, I formally submitted a written complaint to Michelin regarding this safety risk. In my message, I explicitly stated that the current tires offer inadequate road-holding performance, making me feel unsafe and anxious while driving. I believe this problem stems directly from the tires, and I refuse to drive the vehicle under these dangerous conditions.

I demand that Michelin replace my current tires with a suitable alternative set that provides safe, reliable traction. For the safety of my family and everyone else on the road, I expect a prompt and clear resolution to this issue.
