Michelin Denies Warranty Claim for Slipping Factory Tires on KGM Vehicle

For about 6 months and 10,000 kilometers, I have been experiencing serious safety issues due to the 245/45 R20 Michelin tires that came factory-installed on my new vehicle from the KGM dealership in Trabzon. The vehicle skids during braking and spins its wheels very easily, especially when climbing hills. This occurs consistently in dry, wet, and various weather conditions, placing my driving safety at serious risk.

When I applied for a resolution regarding this issue, my request for a tire replacement was rejected. I learned that while some customers facing the exact same problem had their tires replaced, others received rejections like mine. Because of this inconsistent policy, I feel both wronged and unfairly treated.

I request an inspection of the braking and traction performance of these factory-installed tires, and if deemed necessary, a full replacement with new tires or another suitable solution. I ask that this safety hazard be handled with urgency and that I receive a clear, fair response.
