MetaTrader Complaint About Unwanted Calls and Personal Data
On October 2, 2026, at around 11:25 a.m., I received a phone call from someone who identified himself as C*** and claimed to be calling from a company called Meta Trader. He called me from the number 0 312 995 09 71. During the call, he said that I had previously created a registration or form, that he was unable to delete this record, and that I therefore had to receive services from their company. At times, he raised his voice and used a disrespectful and inappropriate tone.
Although I repeatedly told him that I did not want the service, he insisted that I had to accept it. After I continued to refuse, he ended the call. During the conversation, I was asked to provide personal information such as payment and credit card details, but I did not share any of this information.
I would like to make it absolutely clear that I have never made any purchases or trades with Meta Trader and have never had a membership, opened an account, or entered into any business relationship with the company. I am extremely concerned that my personal information was obtained and used to contact me in this manner, and I want to know where and how my personal information was obtained.
I request that this call and the conduct of the person who contacted me be investigated, that it be determined whether my personal information was used unlawfully, and that I receive a written explanation regarding the matter. I also request that any records allegedly created without my knowledge or consent be deleted, that these types of calls stop immediately, and that appropriate action be taken against those responsible.
