MetaTrader 5 Withdrawal Problem After Broker Demands More Money
I started trading through MetaTrader 5 using CPT Software and deposited a total of approximately $854. Although my account currently shows a balance of $8,062, I am unable to withdraw any of this money. When I try to make a withdrawal, they tell me that I must deposit another 20% of the money I supposedly earned; otherwise, I will not be allowed to carry out any transactions at all.
As of today, they have also called me by phone and demanded another payment before processing my withdrawal. When I spoke with customer service, they told me that nothing could be done unless I deposited more money and that my withdrawal request would not be processed unless I made this additional payment. In other words, despite the money I have already deposited, I cannot trade and I cannot access or use the balance shown in my account.
They repeatedly insist that they are not located in Turkey and that I must make another payment before I can withdraw my money. Because of this, I believe I have suffered significant financial harm through CPT Software and MetaTrader 5. I am requesting the immediate investigation of this matter and the full return of both the money I deposited and the $8,062 balance shown in my MetaTrader 5 account. I fell victim to this situation, and I also want the necessary steps to be taken to prevent other people from being harmed through the same method.
