Fizmo FX MetaTrader 5 Refuses My Withdrawal Unless I Deposit More Money
I have been trading through Fizmo FX using the MetaTrader 5 platform. One month ago, I requested a withdrawal of $20,000. However, my withdrawal request was not processed, and when I contacted customer support, I was told that I needed to deposit an additional $10,000 in order to withdraw my own money. I currently have a total balance of $50,000 in my account, and this requirement seems unreasonable to me.
I have never submitted a withdrawal request before—this is my first experience. No additional documents or identity verification were requested; I was simply asked to deposit more money. I want my request to be processed as soon as possible and my funds returned to me.
I have been trading on the Metatrader 5 platform via Fizmofx for about six months. Initially, I trusted this platform and its name and deposited money via bank transfer. Currently, my account shows a balance of approximately $50,000, but I am unable to make any transactions or withdraw my money in any way. Despite this, they keep asking me to send another $10,000, claiming that only then will they release my funds, which is why I absolutely do not trust them anymore. During this process, I was especially guided by individuals named Özgür and Cemal, who had me deposit money into different accounts under various names. I lost my retirement savings entirely due to my lack of knowledge and my trust in these people. I am 72 years old, and it took me a lifetime of hard work to save this money. I have various pieces of evidence, including correspondence and screenshots, showing that I sent money, was unable to make transactions, and that they demanded an additional $10,000 from me. I request that this situation, which is utterly unworthy of the name Metatrader 5 and the financial market, be investigated, that the entity operating under the name Fizmofx be examined, and that my grievance be resolved by returning the $50,000 shown in my account to me in full.
I have not been able to withdraw the money in my account number 779122, which is connected to MetaTrader 5 via Fizmo FX, for about 6 months. Despite trying to withdraw my total balance of 50,000 TL multiple times, I have been blocked every time. When I requested a withdrawal, they told me that I needed to deposit an additional $10,000 as transaction money and that they would send my money if I did so. Now, they are saying they will close my account and still not sending my money. I have spoken with them many times via WhatsApp and phone, but no concrete solution has been offered; I have been constantly stalled and victimized. During this process, I made transactions through the bank to deposit my money, and despite this, I cannot use or withdraw my funds. Moreover, I took out a loan to make this deposit, and now I am both paying off a loan and seriously victimized because I cannot access my money. My request from Fizmo FX is that, after deducting any debts that need to be settled, the remaining balance in my account be urgently refunded to me in full and that this victimization be resolved immediately.
