Cannot Recover My Mother’s Hacked Meta Account Due to Outdated Email and Poor Support
My mother’s Meta account has been hacked, and I am unable to reset the password. The account was created using an old email address to which we no longer have access. Additionally, two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, preventing us from regaining access.
Meta’s recovery system is ineffective and unhelpful, leaving us with no way to resolve this issue. Despite numerous attempts to recover the account, we are stuck in a loop with no proper assistance. I demand that Meta provide a clear and efficient solution to help recover the account. It’s frustrating to see such inadequate security and support from a major platform. Immediate action is necessary.
