"On September 21, 2025, I took out a loan of 225,000 TL through the VakıfBank mobile application. Along with the loan, a fee of 9,072 TL was charged under the name of the 'rewarding package.' However, on September 22, I exercised my right of withdrawal, fully closed the loan, and canceled the related package on the same day. Despite this, the 9,072 TL package fee has not been refunded in the 9 days that have passed. I contacted VakıfBank customer service about the issue, but no solution was offered and my requests were ignored. I have experienced a similar situation before. I request that the 9,072 TL for the package, which I did not use and for which I exercised my right of withdrawal, be refunded to me as soon as possible."
