If LocateMyMobile shows no location data, the issue is usually caused by disabled location services or missing permissions, so first ensure GPS/location is turned on and the app has full access in your device settings.

Also check that your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data), since tracking cannot update without an active connection.

Make sure “Find My Mobile” or tracking features are enabled on your account and that the device is signed in, because logging out or disabling the service stops location updates completely.

If it still doesn’t work, restart the device, update the app/system, and verify battery-saving modes are off, as these can restrict background tracking.
