Livecareer.co.uk Charged My Card Without Consent — I Want a Full Refund and Data Deleted

I’m shocked and angry at how Livecareer.co.uk handled my payment. I only paid $2 to access a single CV template — I never signed up for a subscription or gave permission for any further charges. Despite that, they’ve withdrawn money from my credit card without my consent.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering I’m currently unemployed and trying to find a job. How can you take someone’s card details and use them without clear permission? I feel scammed and taken advantage of.

I demand that my credit card details be permanently deleted from your system and that the unauthorized charge be fully refunded immediately. Livecareer, you must stop exploiting users and fix this now.
