I am writing regarding the sudden banning of both of my Litmatch accounts, “Vendetta” (red face, sleepy eyes, penguin hat avatar) and “tofu” (brown face, penguin hat avatar). These bans appeared while I was asleep, without any prior warning or explanation, and the message I see states that the ban is active until 2124‑11‑08 08:23:37. A ban period this long is completely unreasonable, especially given that I am not aware of having violated any rules. I did not receive any notification of a specific violation, and I have been comfortable with my communication after the last ban. Even so, I believe this does not justify such an extreme, long-term ban that effectively prevents me from ever using my accounts again. After seeing the ban, I tried to reach Litmatch support, but unfortunately I have not received any response. For reference, I am more comfortable sharing the email linked to my tofu account, which is registered with the address: deez.p***@gmail.com. I kindly request that both of my accounts, Vendetta and tofu, be reviewed and unbanned on one condition: I am willing to treat this as a final chance to access and use these accounts, and I am ready to follow any specific rules or guidance you provide. I also ask that you inform me clearly if there was any particular reason for the ban so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
