Litmatch Account Banned Without Clear Explanation, Request Unban

I am using Litmatch on my Vivo V25 Pro 5G phone, and this afternoon my Litmatch account was suddenly banned on my device. Until then I had been using the app normally and was not aware of any specific violation on my side. When I try to open the app, I see a “Friendly reminder” screen saying that you are committed to maintaining a warm and friendly community with zero tolerance for behaviors that violate community rules, and that my account is banned until 2125-02-20 16:49:49 due to a violation of community rules. The screen also shows my BAN_ID as 38836349. I do not know what I did wrong and I believe this ban may be a mistake. I kindly ask you to review my account and the actions linked to BAN_ID 38836349 in detail and to unban my account as soon as possible, or at least give me a clear explanation and evidence of the exact rule I am supposed to have violated. I am begging for my Litmatch account to be restored, because I want to continue using the app within the rules and without any problems.
