Litmatch Account Banned Until 2124 With No Proper Explanation

I am writing about the ban placed on my Litmatch account linked to the email address allperson***@gmail.com. My account has been banned until the year 2124 (20 November 2124, 05:54:54), which is an extremely long period and feels completely disproportionate. I do not agree with this duration and I find it very unfair that the ban is set for so many years instead of a reasonable number of days. This situation prevents me from using the application and enjoying the services I previously used regularly. I contacted Litmatch support about this issue, but the response I received was not helpful and my problem was not resolved. I kindly request that my ban be re‑evaluated and that the duration be significantly reduced to a short, reasonable period, or that my account be reinstated after a proper review.
