Litmatch Account Blocked Without Clear Reason Or Support Response

I am an active user of the Litmatch mobile application on iPhone, registered on the Indonesia App Store, with account ID 7278777***. On 16 May 2026 my account was suddenly blocked for allegedly “violating community guidelines”. I do not use abusive language or any inappropriate words in the application, and I am convinced that this blocking was applied unfairly. I created and started using this account on 1 May 2026, so it has not even been one month, and I had been using it actively and normally until the sudden block. I received only a generic notification about violation of community guidelines, without any clear explanation of what specific action or content was considered a violation, which I find unacceptable. After my account was blocked, I tried to contact Litmatch support using the email address stated in the blocking notice. However, the email address was not registered and my message could not be delivered, so I have not received any response or assistance from Litmatch. I request a clear review of my account and the blocking decision. If no concrete and valid violation can be shown, I demand that my account be unblocked and that my full access to the account be restored, because I did not commit any wrongdoing and the sudden blocking without explanation is very unfair to me as a user.
