Cancel the subscription:
→ Go to Google Play / App Store → Subscriptions
→ Select “Life360” → Tap Cancel
Request a refund:
→ Google: Google Refund Form
→ Apple: Apple Report a Problem
→ Choose “Charged before trial ended” or “Didn’t authorize”
