Life360 charged before free trial ended, what can I do?

🔍 Why this happens:
– Auto-renewal kicks in early if billing info is pre-authorized
– Trial terms may be unclear or not shown clearly
– Charge processed via Google Play or App Store

✅ Steps to cancel & request a refund:

Cancel the subscription:
→ Go to Google Play / App Store → Subscriptions
→ Select “Life360” → Tap Cancel

Request a refund:
→ Google: Google Refund Form
→ Apple: Apple Report a Problem
→ Choose “Charged before trial ended” or “Didn’t authorize”

📌 Still no refund?
Email Life360 support at: [email protected]
– Subject: Charged During Free Trial
– Include charge date, amount, and account info
– Explain that the trial was cut short unfairly
