LoL Support Team Ignoring Tickets – Missing Rewards with No Response

The League of Legends support team is completely unresponsive. My game experience has already been negatively affected, and now they have removed rewards that were supposed to be given after reaching a certain level.
When new players reach a specific level, they should receive rewards, but after passing level 20, my 7-day login rewards disappeared before I even had a chance to claim them. When I reached out to support, they told me to submit a ticket—which I did. But I received no response, and they don’t seem to care.
LoL support, answer my ticket and fix this issue! If you're going to remove rewards, at least respond to players properly. I shouldn't have to wait for days just to be ignored. Do your job and resolve this now!
