LoL Account Permanently Banned Due to Hacker—Need Riot to Restore It

My League of Legends account was banned after it was stolen by a hacker, and despite providing extensive proof of ownership, Riot Games refuses to unban it. They claim my responses are insufficient, yet I have provided detailed personal information, including the neighborhood where I first created the account and the first champion I ever played.
No one else is trying to recover this account—only me, the rightful owner. It has now been banned for two years, and I am completely unable to play because of someone else's wrongdoing.
I demand Riot Games take action and properly review my case instead of dismissing it unfairly. I need my account unbanned so I can return to the game!
