I Face League of Legends Reward Not Delivered After Season End

On the Turkey server of Riot Games’ League of Legends, my account with the username m*7** did not receive the Ranked Season Capsule after the season ended two days ago. When I logged in, I noticed that the capsule had not been credited to my account, even though there are no penalties or restrictions on my profile.

I have never experienced this issue before, and I have not yet contacted Riot Games support regarding it. I kindly request that my Season Capsule be added to my account as soon as possible.
