League of Legends Wrongly Gives 11-Hour Penalty Despite Not Declining Match
I have been playing League of Legends on PC, and for the past two days I have faced an unfair penalty issue. Even though I do not decline matches, the system treats it as if I did and gives me an 11-hour penalty. The first incident happened yesterday around 02:00, and the second one occurred today at 20:28. Each time, while trying to enter a game, I was suddenly penalized for supposedly refusing a match. This problem has only started happening recently and has disrupted my ability to play.
I have not made any payments or used any paid content on this account. My username is gothl#got. I did not contact Riot Games support this time because in the past I never received a positive or useful response. However, this situation is extremely frustrating, as I am being punished unfairly for something I did not do.
I request that my account be reviewed and that these unfair penalties be lifted. Riot Games must ensure that players are not wrongly penalized due to system errors. I expect my case to be resolved quickly so I can play without unjust restrictions.
