My Lacoste Heat Transfer Logos Peeling Off

I purchased five identical Lacoste products in different colors, and despite following the washing instructions precisely, the heat transfer logos have started peeling off. I have all the receipts for these purchases. I've already discarded two items, but I still have three and want to send them for inspection. As a product development manager in the label industry myself, I find this quality issue completely unacceptable for a brand like Lacoste. Are these heat transfer products not being tested? How can a product that's washed inside out in cold water and ironed as directed still have peeling issues? Interestingly, it's not the entire logo peeling off, but rather one or two letters at a time. I need an urgent response on this matter, and I plan to escalate this to Lacoste in France as well. Whichever textile company is producing these is clearly doing it incorrectly. In my job, I'm required to have Intertek approval for every heat transfer product. It's disappointing to see that this level of quality control hasn't been applied to Lacoste products. Either the care label instructions are incorrect, or they don't match the test results.
