Kwai Suddenly Stops Supporting My Bank for Withdrawals
I earned money by watching videos on the Kwai app, and I was previously able to withdraw my balance to my bank account and my Papara account without any issues. Over the past three days, however, I have repeatedly tried to withdraw my earnings to my Enpara, Şekerbank, and İninal accounts, but the app now says it does not support these banks, and I am unable to complete the withdrawal.
While payments were processed without delay in the past, the sudden decision to stop supporting these banks is causing serious hardship and makes it feel like users are not being taken seriously. It is also nearly impossible to contact Kwai through the app or any other channel, so I cannot reach a responsible party to address this issue.
I request that Kwai update its system so withdrawals can once again be made to all bank accounts without causing users hardship, and that the company provide a clear and official explanation regarding this change.
