Kwai Profile Limit Reached, Unable to Make Changes Despite Not Sharing Account

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Kwai profile. It says that my profile limit has been reached, but I haven't made any changes myself, nor have I shared my account with anyone. Now, I’m unable to edit my profile, and every time I try, it says the quota is full. I’ve unfollowed everyone to resolve the issue, but nothing has changed. Could someone please assist me in fixing this problem? I need help to make the necessary changes to my profile. This is really frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
