Kwai LivePartner Lost Streaming Permission After One Violation

I am a Kwai LivePartner user from Tijuana, Mexico, and today around 1 p.m. I was removed from a live stream while showing a movie that included intimate scenes. Immediately after this, my account lost all permission to go live, and now every time I try to start a stream I see the message: “No live streaming permission. You haven't obtained live streaming permission, you can't start the live stream.” Before this incident, I had previously streamed movies and played video games on live without any problem or warning, so this sudden blocking of my live-streaming access was unexpected. I understand that I made a mistake by streaming a movie with intimate scenes and I apologize for this infraction. However, I did not receive any prior warning or temporary measure before completely losing my permission to go live. I have 4.6k followers, 36.1k likes, and I am level 8 on Kwai LivePartner, and I have been working hard to build this community by playing video games and watching movies with my audience. I respectfully ask you to review this penalty on my account, give me a warning instead of a full block if possible, and restore my live-streaming access so I can continue creating content in line with your rules.
