Kwai Live Button Is Missing From My Account

I have been using my Kwai account for several years. My account currently has 121 followers, although I have not posted any content. Despite this, the Live button does not appear anywhere in my account.

For the past two months, I have repeatedly tried to start a live stream, but I cannot because the live streaming option is completely missing from the app. What makes this even more confusing is that I know other accounts with only one follower that already have access to the Live feature, while my account still does not.

I request that Kwai review my account, determine why the Live feature is unavailable, and enable live streaming if my account meets the eligibility requirements. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of why the Live button does not appear on my account and what, if anything, I need to do to gain access.
