Kumho Carugen Tires Trap Stones and Make Noise

I purchased Kumho Carugen model tires about six months ago, but since the very first day I started using them, I’ve been facing a persistent issue. Small stones constantly get stuck between the tire treads, which causes loud noise while driving. This problem occurs under all road conditions and has not improved over time.

I contacted both the dealer where I purchased the tires and the authorized service center, but I haven’t received any solution. Although my tires are still under warranty, my issue remains unresolved.

I am requesting a replacement of the product and expect Kumho to address this issue and compensate for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
