Konami's eFootball Momentum System Feels Scripted

I have been playing eFootball Mobile for a long time, and for the past three months I have been dealing with very serious gameplay problems. On my Xiaomi 13 running Android, despite having a perfectly stable internet connection, I experience extreme ping spikes and obvious input delay in every match. When I give a command to a player, actions like running, shooting, and passing frequently execute one to two seconds later, making the game completely unplayable.On top of that, the momentum problem in this game has become too obvious to ignore or explain away. In certain stretches of a match, my team feels like it is entirely out of my control — players stop running, marking breaks down completely, and passes behave as if they are being intentionally misdirected. With the exact same squad and lineup, I get wildly inconsistent performances from match to match. Defenders stop holding their positions, goalkeepers drop the most straightforward shots, and in attack, even the clearest passes end up going straight to the opponent for no reason. At this point it no longer feels like a simple game bug — it feels like something in the system is interfering with match outcomes, and frankly I consider this to be bordering on manipulation.Whenever these issues occur, I have tried switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data and changing networks to rule out any problem on my end, but nothing changes. I also see a massive volume of identical complaints across the community — lag and server instability, input delay, a scripted or momentum-driven feeling in matches, inconsistent player responsiveness, and random breakdowns in passing and running animations are now far too widespread to be explained by individual internet connections. The competitive integrity of this game is completely broken. It no longer feels like player skill decides matches — it feels like the system decides what it will and will not allow, and when.I have previously contacted Konami about these issues and was told they would be resolved, but the situation has not improved — if anything, it has gotten worse. All of this has affected me negatively both financially and mentally. I have invested serious time and money into this game, yet I am not receiving a fair or stable experience in return, and I have started to feel consistently disadvantaged inside what feels like a system designed to be addictive.For all of these reasons, I am requesting a full refund of every purchase I have made in this game to date. I also want to state clearly that if these problems continue, I will consider pursuing compensation through legal channels — both for the money I have spent and for the psychological harm this experience has caused me. I expect these issues, which have so thoroughly undermined the basic gameplay experience, to no longer be dismissed, and I am demanding clear and concrete action on server performance, gameplay fairness, and competitive integrity.
