Konami Account Hacked And Email Changed

I am writing about a serious problem with my Konami ID linked to eFootball mobile on the Bangladesh server. On 2026/09/06, I was suddenly kicked out of the game and found that I was banned from my ID. My account appears to have been hacked and the email address linked to it was changed without my consent, and since then I have been unable to recover or access my account for almost two days. I have invested a lot of money in this eFootball mobile account through in-game purchases, and I can provide my transaction history and purchase transaction IDs if needed to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. I tried to resolve the issue but I could not contact Konami support, so I am using this complaint to request urgent help. I urgently and respectfully request that my hacked account be recovered as soon as possible and that the email address associated with my Konami ID be changed back to my own email. I also request that the hacker’s email address be completely removed from my account and that only my own email be registered to it so that full access and security can be restored without any further delay.

I provided my eFootball Konami account ID and my date of birth (08/21/2003) for verification.
