Knorr Tomato Soup Has Red Paint-Like Substance Inside

I purchased Knorr Creamy Tomato Soup from the Şok Market in the 4 Yol area of Yalova city center on September 20. Today, when I was about to cook the product, I noticed a strange red-colored substance inside the soup that appeared to smear like paint. The product had not yet been cooked or consumed, but seeing this made my entire family feel nauseous, and we did not feel comfortable consuming it.

I am concerned about this situation from a food safety perspective, and I am also very disappointed to have encountered an issue like this. I request that Knorr conduct a thorough investigation into the product, inspect the affected batch, and take appropriate steps to resolve my complaint. I would also like the same product to be replaced with a new one that is safe and free of any issues. In addition, I would appreciate an appropriate solution to compensate for this negative experience and restore my satisfaction as a customer.
