Knorr Soup Package Sealed but Contained No Product

I purchased a Knorr Creamy Chicken Soup product from BİM Market on September 8, 2026. Although the package was completely sealed and unopened, I noticed that it was empty. In other words, there was no soup inside the package at all.

Finding an empty product inside a sealed and intact package was both disappointing and seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I would like this incident to be investigated to determine how it could have happened, and I request that the necessary quality-control measures be taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.

To resolve the inconvenience I experienced, I request that the empty product be replaced with a complimentary gift package. I also request to be informed in writing or by phone about how this issue occurred and what action will be taken.
