Knorr Soup Customer Finds Insect Inside Product

This evening, I purchased Knorr Ezogelin Soup from a Şok Market across from the Çamlıca Mosque in Üsküdar, Istanbul. As soon as I got home, I prepared the product according to the instructions. However, while eating the soup, I noticed that there was an insect inside it. I immediately became extremely nauseous and had to vomit.
Finding an insect in a ready-to-eat food product is completely unacceptable from both a hygiene and health perspective. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I request that the product be investigated, that I receive a refund, and that a replacement be provided if necessary. I also request an explanation regarding how this could have happened and that the necessary official investigations be initiated. To prevent a similar incident from happening to other consumers, I strongly urge you to urgently review your production and quality-control processes.
