Plastic-Like Noodle Found Cooked Inside Knorr Soup

Today, I purchased Knorr Chicken Soup with Noodles from a Şok Market and prepared it at home. While eating the soup, I found a long, single-piece “noodle” that looked like a piece of plastic. The piece did not resemble a normal noodle at all and had a plastic-like appearance. It had been cooked inside the soup, which was extremely concerning from a health perspective and completely unacceptable in terms of food hygiene.
The product had an expiration date of November 21, 2027, yet experiencing an issue like this has completely undermined my trust in the brand. This issue is not related to Şok Market; it is directly related to the production and contents of the Knorr product.
I request an immediate explanation from Knorr regarding this product, a thorough investigation of the production process, and the necessary measures to prevent a similar incident from happening again. Although I have lost my receipt, I also request a refund or an appropriate form of compensation for the defective product. I want to emphasize that this unhealthy and unsafe product experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
