Knorr Soup Is Extremely Spicy and Unbearable
Today, I prepared the Knorr Ezogelin Soup I purchased from an A101 market at home according to the instructions. The consistency of the soup looked completely normal, so I tried to give some to my child, who has autism. Since my child is nonverbal, I could not immediately tell that there was a problem and initially thought my child simply did not want to drink the soup. However, when I tasted it myself, I realized that the soup was extremely spicy and unbearably hot, almost like poison.
The soup caused a strong burning sensation in the back of my throat and left an obviously intense and unpleasant spiciness. It also contained visible red pieces of pepper that burned my throat. As a result, neither I nor my children could consume the soup. I do not consider it acceptable for a product purchased for the whole family to have such an unexpectedly intense level of spiciness.
I request that Knorr thoroughly investigate this product and resolve the inconvenience I experienced through a refund or another appropriate form of compensation.
