If you decide to return an item or change the return after registering your return, you can cancel it in the Klarna app or web account and register the return again with the updated information. The process works as follows:
Log in to the Klarna account: Use either the Klarna app or a browser to log into your account.
Select your order: Go to “Payments” and find the order whose return you want to change.
Cancel return: Select the “Cancel return” option. After canceling, you have 48 hours to re-register the return with the updated information.
Register a new return: Within 48 hours, you must re-register the return and ensure that you enter the updated tracking information correctly.
Alternatively, you can also contact the store directly to make changes to the return. The exact return conditions can be found on the store's website. As soon as the store confirms the changes, Klarna will adjust the payment plan accordingly.
