KingOpinion Will Not Let Me Change My Mistaken Phone Number

I am a new user of KingOpinion, and I created my account using only my email address. I have already earned more than ₹500 in my account through normal use of the platform.

Yesterday, the system asked me to complete an additional verification step and requested that I add my phone number. Unfortunately, by mistake, I entered an invalid phone number during this process.

After submitting the number, I received a message stating that the old number cannot be changed by the user and that only customer service can update it. Because of this, I am now completely stuck and unable to properly continue using my account due to the incorrect phone number attached to it.

This situation is very frustrating because the mistake was accidental, and I currently have no option inside the platform to correct or replace the wrong number myself.

I kindly request that KingOpinion review and verify my account again through my registered email address, or remove the incorrect phone number and allow it to be updated with the correct information that I can provide. I simply want my account restored to normal functionality so I can continue using KingOpinion without further problems or restrictions.
