If a Joom item arrived fake or much lower quality than shown in photos and you want to dispute it properly;
• Compare the received item with the product listing photos and description to identify clear differences
• Take clear photos and videos showing poor quality, fake branding, or mismatched features
• Check the order details and Joom’s Buyer Protection / Return Policy for “not as described” cases
• Make sure you are still within the dispute or return timeframe
Contact Joom support and explain that the item is fake or not as advertised;
• Provide your order number, product link, delivery date, and clear photo/video evidence
Ask them to;
• Review the dispute as item not as described / counterfeit / misleading listing
• Approve a full refund (with or without return, depending on policy)
• Take action against the seller if the listing is misleading
If support does not resolve the issue;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report fake or misleading products and request a full refund or seller accountability
