Joom closed my account while my order was active, how can I access my refund?

If Joom closed your account while you still had an active order and are waiting for a refund;

• Check your email (including spam) for any message from Joom explaining the account closure or order status
• Look for order confirmations, shipment emails, or refund notices sent before the account was closed
• Gather all order details: order number, item name, amount paid, payment method, and order date
• Take screenshots of payment confirmations from your bank or card statement

Contact Joom support and explain that your account was closed with an active order;

• Provide your registered email, order number, payment details, and proof of payment

Ask them to;

• Confirm the status of the active order
• Process and release any pending refund linked to the closed account
• Explain how refunds are handled when an account is terminated

If support does not reply or the refund is delayed;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report an account closure with an unresolved active order and request access to your refund or payment recovery
