Payment went through on jio.com but Jio plan didn’t activate, what should I do?

If a payment succeeded on jio.com but the plan didn’t activate, first check MyJio → Recharge History to confirm the payment status and note the transaction/reference ID.

Sometimes activation is delayed due to backend sync issues and completes within a few hours.

If the plan is still missing after 24 hours, contact JioCare via the MyJio app, live chat and share the payment ID, date, and screenshots so they can manually apply the recharge or issue a refund.

Avoid recharging again until support confirms the resolution to prevent duplicate charges.

If JioCare doesn’t resolve it within a reasonable time, file a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
